My stay at this hotel was far from ideal. While the location is convenient for exploring the city, the service and quality really left much to be desired. The hotel lacks the standards expected from such a brand, and the dining experience didn't meet my expectations either. I encountered several issues that impacted my enjoyment, making it difficult to recommend this place.

My stay at Ramada was mostly enjoyable, especially for family gatherings. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Ajeet from the travel desk, who provided us with fantastic advice on local sights suited for kids. However, we faced some issues during check-in and room changes that took away from the overall experience. In terms of dining, while the breakfast was decent, it didn’t quite meet the standards I expected from a Ramada. Overall, there were some highs and lows during our stay.

The hotel is decent and offers good value for money, located conveniently close to various attractions. However, my experience was tainted by rude service from some staff and a lack of attention to room amenities. While the rooms are basic, they do come with key amenities. The breakfast options were solid, but the overall service could definitely use improvement.
